IFAA Warm Up

Namoi Valley Archers held an IFAA Field round on Sunday with competitors taking the opportunity to fine tune their form for this weekend’s Northern NSW Branch IFAA titles to be held at Tuggerah Lakes. Karen Hudson was in stunning form winning the Compound division by a massive margin after a very consistent round with Tamworth veteran, Neville White, in second place. James Finlay made a successful return to archery shooting well to finish in a tie with Ann Stubbs for third. Greg Donovan recorded the overall highest score of the day on his way to winning the Sighted division with Stuart Dolbel grabbing second place and John Clark doing just enough to grab third after a very tight contest with Bernie Hayne. Darrell Hudson proved too classy for his opposition in the Traditional division scoring an impressive win from the consistent Phil greenwood with Brett Wheatley in third. The next club shoot will be held on September 23 and will be a 3 arrow animal round. Scores Compound - Karen Hudson 210, Neville White 143, James Finlay 134, Ann Stubbs 134, Mitchell Finlay 121.
